When selling a home, it is critical to consider how you
will be able do so with the least amount of inconvenience and with the most
effective results possible. Ultimately you want to get your property
sold for the best price and specific terms possible. To help sellers accomplish this, I
meet with them to arrange a marketing strategy that is tailored toward helping
them meet their real estate goals. Once their home is listed I follow
up with them on a regular basis and make sure to employ a
healthy variety of marketing methods for selling homes. These methods have been proven effective at
getting properties exposed to qualified and motivated buyers and the
vast network of real estate agents who may be looking on their behalf. Some of the
tactics that I have adopted to get properties recognized
among active and qualified buyers include:
Detailed listing in the Northwest Multiple Listing
Service (NWMLS) database where agents can easily look the property up and
buyers can find it through any website that allows them to search this

Open houses, advertised in advance in the Everett Herald.
Catered Brokers' Opens where all real estate licensees in the area are
welcome to come and tour the home and sometimes leave helpful feedback
that might get the property sold faster and for a good price.
Of course there are plenty of other methods for marketing a home.
